errror:process can not be stopped.
Answer: I believe process manager can, but i know for certain that trend micro's HJT (HiJackThis) can.
Go to misc tools, and click on stop a windows service, and choose the one you want.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS - it could completely screw up your OS. What are you trying to stop?
