Someone told me I can load all my files AND my operating system onto a thumb drive, and just plug it into any computer's USB port and I'll have all my favorites, encrypted passwords, email and everything.

I google searched it and I'm not sure if I found it or not.

Help!

Answer:
Yes, i have heard of it, but in theory, any linux or even windows OS can boot off of a USB thumb drive. But, only some of the newest BOIS's out there support it. You also need a thumb drive or External hard drive that can boot off of since many would burn out after 6 hrs of running (had it happy not fun, only really happends in external, never heard of it happening with a thumb drive.

Answer:
Hmm, never heard of Incognito. Try "Damn Small Linux", its also desinged for pen drives, and cds. It is true that you need a newer BIOS to boot off a pen drive, Pheonix BIOS's are usually best. Report It
