how do u cut out an image and just keep that image and delete everything else on the photo?

use your magnetic crop tool and select just the image you want then copy and paste it onto a new one..

Use any of the Selection tools to outline your image - my favorite is the polygon lasso tool.
Once you have your selection, go to Select and choose Inverse.
Then hit the Delete key.
