Where is a good place to download Doctor Who beacuse i have Divx but i only get a few episodes and i want to download newer stuff.

Go there and downlload UTorrent.
Once you have it, open it and if it asks if you want to make UTorrent the default for opening torrent files, say yes (If it doesn't, you can do this in Settings > preferences.
Next go to http://www.mininova.com. Search for Doctor Who and download as much as you want.
Tip: Try to get a download with more seeders than leechers.
