Where can I make my own buddy icon? The way I like it. For aim.

You should be able to simply use the paint program that comes with windows.

Why yes.
Any program which lets you create Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) files will do.
You can even use animated GIF's for your buddy icon.
The only constraints are the file size and dimensions (I believe you are limited to 72 x 72 pixels at 50 KB).
