ive had the web for 2 years and now im gettin error 815 and error connecting to broadband server im confused help plz

are you able to get on the web or is the error stopping you? if you can't get on because of the error and you do have a modem what i do is ..is turn off your modem from the back and leave it for about half hour or so then turn it back on then you should beable to get back on check your connect and if it shows that the ups port or dns port is missing then this is the problem if this does not work then call your world wide web provider technical support and they’ll help you
Answer:
Error 815 means that your ISP server is not responding. The probable causes are that you have not set up your connection properly - correct username, correct password, DHCP etc.
