You can download it to your normal download file then move it over to documents. Generally when you ask the file to be downloaded, it asked you where you want it to be downloaded to (which file as in C:/ etc.) you can then change that to your Document file or maybe to your desktop and then just move it over. I just checked one that was in my itunes. I Right Clicked on the song, selected copy, opened My Documents, Right Clicked, Selected Paste and it was there. It tried to open it with Windows Media which doesn't play mp4 so I closed that and went back to the song and opened it with QuickTime. If you’re trying to convert to MP3 that is different.

Well please say where you’re downloading music from. Usuall if you go to Tools, then Settings/Download Settings, you should find somewhere to change the download folder.
