Why is it everything works fine in safe mode while networking but not when i start windows normally?

I had viruses on my computer and i did remove them, i have done everything that the online tech told me to do but when i start windows normally my personal is so slow and i can’t go to websites because when i click on them it opens up a new window to a different website, it will not let me go to what i want.

I have ran scans, deleted un=needed things and so on, i do not know what else to do. I cannot do a system recovery because i don’t have the disks that came to the computer (it is an older Pc -windows xp pro 2002)

I’ve superantispyware, windows defener, norton and something called windows live care -something like that.

Also things pop up saying files are corrupted like when i click on yahoo messenger, any syware program i have,

Can anyone help me out on anything that i have stated?

Also, the virus's might have cause too much corruption/damage to windows. But I feel you haven't removed all the bugs - this is indicated by Safe Mode working properly.
