How do i turn a jpg into a pdf?

i have adope photoshop 6.0 and it only works using pdf's and all i have is jpg's. any help?

please no softwares that i have to download or pay for.

Check one of the file and right click it and go to properties and then go to summery, under summery it will say what program is currently using to open, easy click change and then choose adobe and then click ok then apply and ok, after a few seconds all jpgs will blinks and turn to having the pdf logo.
