I know that vista is good for more cores CPU, but i don't know how to use vista.

I don't think it's possible…
However, you can (somewhat) change the amount of processing power and memory given to each application by going into the task manager (control alt delete) and right clicking on the process you want to increase power for and changing the priority. (NOTE: I’ve only tried this once, I tried increasing the priority of my game and all it did was make the game lag like crazy. Use this at your own risk.)
So yeah, it kinda works, not really, but if you're really desparate I state go for it, if not then find something else.
