i have Windows Vista and want to remove IE7

Answer:
Truth be told… you can not completly remove it. IE7 is a intregal part of the Windows operating system.. now you might be able to revert to IE6, but this is hairy.

If you just don’t want to use IE7.. just use Firefox or Opera.

IE7 is tied in with your operating system Folder Viewing and some other task, hence it can not be REMOVED.

You can reset it back to the factory specs, but going into Tools—>Internet Options —>Advanced—>Reset.

This will disable and remove any add-ons or changes to IE-7 and basically put it back in the mode installed with.

I’ve to concur with computertek's statement, removing IE can be a very bad idea (that im not even sure is possible, i know its not on my computer) even though its gay just because of how much crap on windows uses it. Get firefox, leave IE alone and use it for updating.

Answer:
Personally i would NOT suggest absolutely installing it!!

You don't have to use it, as there are over 35 browsers on the market and Internet Explorer is up there with the best such as Firefox and Opera..

Its always wise to have more than one browser on PC because if some things you’ve problems with such as , problems, surfing, viewing pages or have plug-in problems, having another browser to test is an excellent way to eliminate any possible browser problems!!
