We are getting a new personal, because of a virus, and its outdated, and we want to totally reset the personal. We’ve done it before, but we swiped it clean so much it deleted all the functions and all the microsoft programs. Is there any way i can delete all the files, and programs ( except Microsoft, and all the requirement programs) to make it back to factory settings? This would be a big help. Thanks

An simple way is that just delete your windows xp Account and create a new fresh Account!
