I am on a home pc… I’ve admin privileges, but when I try to run the installer; it just does nothing. As an example; I downloaded winzip and tried to install it. It gives me no errors or anything; it just does nothing. I’m running Win XP. I’ve no viruses that I have the ability to find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks…
Answer:
create another account with administrative privileges and install with it, if wouldn't work restart > F8 > Safe Mode with command prompt > log on as administrator > and try to install from there > if it will that means that you’ve a virus, there’s no chance that virus loads into systm in Safe Mode, if it wouldn't work either just throw that piece of sh|t in garbage and buy yourself new PC (I recommend HP or Dell Laptops they are most durable and DON'T PUT VISTA on your Computer, it's the worst OS ever !!!)
Answer:
Either you are trying to install from a corrupted file or the actual software that’s the installer for that file is corrupted (install shield or whatever it uses).
Answer:
The file you have downloaded is corrupted or your parental controls have denied access to installing or extracting files ! Book Mark it-> del.icio.us | Reddit | Slashdot | Digg | Facebook | Technorati | Google | StumbleUpon | Window Live | Tailrank | Furl | Netscape | Yahoo | BlinkList
