okay so my sister already has one library for her ipod but she cant figure out how to put on another library for mine without deleting her own! someone please help so i can listen to my most favored subject!!
Answer:
Create another user account on the personal, and run itunes from there. It will automatically use a different library.
Answer:
You can't have two libraries. What you can do is set your ipod to load from a playlist in the options. Then you can edit that playlist to have just your music that you want. As far as the main library goes, whoever owns it will have to share songs with you. But that’s no big deal because they have the ability to just uncheck songs they don't want to upload to their ipod. Make sure they have the setting selected where it only loads the check songs too. Hope I helped!
Answer:
if this is a new ipod you’re installing, itunes is able to hold 4 different ipods' libraries. in my family, my mother dad and brother and me each have an ipod on one computer. when you plug in the ipod, you go through regualr downloading, when completed when you plug your i pod in your library will appear. when your sister plugg s hers in, her library wil be there.
Answer:
why dont you just keep it in the same library if you want to download certain songs on your ipod just check the tiny boxes next to the ones you want and then when your ipod is updating check the box that says only download checked songs.
Answer:
You both need to create your own playlists. When either one plugs your ipod in to synch it, tell it to only synch your playlist and nothing else.
Answer:
