When i use limewire, i sometimes search something and get a list of results, then i come back later and search the EXACT same thing and it doesn't give me the same results. Anyone know why?
Answer:
As stated before it is always being updated but it also depends who has their personal switched on at any one time. As this is a peer to peer file sharing site, you will only see the files on any computers that are connected to the internet. If the computers are awitched off or disconnected from the internet you will not be able to see their shared folders
Answer:
If I had to guess, I'd say ultrapeers limit query responses both locally and at the aggregate level. This would be more likely if you're describing search results with many files. It could be users entering and exiting the network, but I would envision you'd have figured it out if that were it.
Answer:
because new things are added and they refresh each time you search Book Mark it-> del.icio.us | Reddit | Slashdot | Digg | Facebook | Technorati | Google | StumbleUpon | Window Live | Tailrank | Furl | Netscape | Yahoo | BlinkList
