so i have a bittorrent client that i downloaded from bittorrent.com. I was wondering how do i change it so when I am downloading the incomplete files are downloaded into my external hard drive. I know how to make it so when it is done downloading it sends it to my external.

If you have the 6 series Bittorrent, then at Ctrl P>Downloads there is the option to “Put new downloads in”, which is where the incomplete content would go. Tick the box and then browse to the location you want.
It is right above the move completed torrents option.
