How do you select the first 3000 pages of a Word document in a 7000 page document?

Highlighting won't do, as I would have to wait for 10mins while it highlighted everything. Is there a keyboard shortcut or something?

- Press Ctrl-G and go to page 3000

- move cursor to the bottom of page 3000

- Press F8 (enable extend mode)

- Press Ctrl-Home

done!

- go to the top of page 3001

- Press F8

- Press Ctrl-End

Go to the end of page 3000 and ensure your cursor is there. Hold Down CTRL-SHIFT and Press the HOME key. Should Jump to the top of page 1 with hilighting.

Go to the end of thelast word on page 3000 that you want to copy, click (hold down) and then slide mouse up all the way off the page.

thats the only way i know. unless you’re printing? my comp lets me state what pages to print so from 1-3000. other than that i dont know
