I am going to purchase a new computer soon. I know there are cirten programs that have problems running on Vista so I am going to get XP. The only problem I have with this is I love the visuals provided on Xindows Vista. The Borders around windows, the icons, ect. Are there any program that I could download or setting I could change to make Windows Xp look like Vista?
Answer:
Get a program called Windows Blinds. You can change the themes and skins on your XP and have it looking exactly like Vista. It's a brilliant program and just sits in the background. It doesn't eat up any resources and most of the time, you don't even know it is there. I’ve been using for the past year or so and never had any problems with it. If you download the free trial and like it, I’ll be more than happy to share my stuff with you so you get the full version. Just let me know :o).
