i accidentally deleted it, some time ago, and now i can't find it.
can someone help me get it back.
and is there a way that i can do it without downloading it.

Hi Curly
Unless you deleted it from your applications folder, it's still there. I'm assuming you accidently dragged it off the dock and got the POOF be gone.
Go to finder in the dock (far left face) click that, click on applications and find photo booth. Just drag the icon back onto the dock.
If you deleted it from the applications folder you can see if you can reinstall it from your OS Disc under the custom install selection.
