How can I get movies I downloaded onto my IPod?

I have downloaded several movies using utorrent. How can I get these movies over to my ipod for free?

If you downloaded movies files are other video file formats like .avi, .mpeg, .mov, .wmv, .flv, etc, you need convert to MP4 format by iPod support first, and then put on your ipod.

you have to convert it to an .mp4 file before you can. there are plenty of free video converters online that can do this for you. Try ( http://www.ipod-video-converter.org/ ). Then drag it into itunes and then onto your ipod.
