I accidentally made a change to my pcs registry and and now the operating system does not even start.
Answer:
Go to the below web address and read the instructions. If the below instructions don't work let me know, I have the instructions to take you all the way back to dos mode and reinstall your windows as long as you have your disks.

1. Insert your Windows CD and boot from it
2. Do a "repair" install
