If I save my pictures on Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, can I open it as an attachment on Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0? Can I open an attachment of Adobe Photoshop ELements 6.0 on Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0? Answer these questions to get best answer. First come, first serve.
Answer:
You should be able to open a .psd with the most current program if your file is an older one.
You may not have all edit options available though, as far as layers go.
If it's flattened, you should be able to open it.
Are you talking about photoshop or photoshop elements? Photoshop, full, should be able to do anything.
