Playing Media in Powerpoint?

I have a movie on a slide in my powerpoint presentation. It's in there as a 'object' not a 'movie'.

How do I play it during my slideshow? Is there a keyboard shortcut?

When you do, a window will appear asking if you want the clip to start automatically on on your click.
