What software you use to make it?
Answer:
It could be a number of things.
There are plenty of "house building" programs out there that let you plan the construction of your own home including the fram, to electrical, and even plumbing. When you get done building your "virtual house" using this program, it shows you an overview picture that appears "see-thru" and shows you all aspects i have mentioned.
Hopefully this helps.
It's too hard to pin-point which program specifically did this as there a re so many that can do this type of thing.

Some sort of a 3D architect program would do that. If you have a Half-Price bookstore near you you'll probably find an old version of one for around 20 (better than 100 at bestbuy).
