I cant help you with Norton, but I would recommend Googling the virus software "Avast!". It's free, and when I first scanned my computer with it after switching from Norton, it found 17 viruses that Norton missed. You sign up for a one year registration (it's free, you just have to agree not to use it for commercial purposes) and you renew once a year so that can cover their legal butts. It's very easy to use, and I've had no problems since I signed up 18 months ago.

Just a suggestion.

Answer:
Pay attention to the save location. AT&T should have nothing to do with it, just watch for the location when downloading.
