I prepared a slide presentation in microsoft powerpoint and its so big, 42mb. I already reduce the file size of each pictures that I attached. Is there any other way to reduce the file size? I really need the help badly!!!! thanks in advance!!

If you just need other ways, I ever use an app called PPT2Flash (http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-fl… which really reduces a 40MB presentation to 1MB. Not joking, it has a sample here:

Well you can either zipped up / compressed the powerpoint file, it will bring down it's size. Thn. whn you want to view back the file at other location, just have to unzip it back.
That's my regular method. But if it's still too big, usually I do the steps below.

u can save this slides to directly file>save as> and save as types tab u can select the power point show or as u like. simple Book Mark it-> del.icio.us | Reddit | Slashdot | Digg | Facebook | Technorati | Google | StumbleUpon | Window Live | Tailrank | Furl | Netscape | Yahoo | BlinkList
