hi! so heres my problem:
Recently i downloaded Zango and I WANT TO DELTE IT from the corner of my right the address bar or address where it also tells the time ….AND when you go on internet webs because its gving me popups i don't like please help me and i don't want to reset my computer!

What is Zango?
Zango is a entertainment site with free access to videos, music, games, and other downloads. The site is free to all users, but is paid for by advertisements. Visitors are presented with an end user license agreement that they accept before downloading any content.
Zango does display popup advertisements and such to pay for the games and videos. The Zango software includes a search assistant and toolbar. Since the software does not collect or share any information about users they are not considered spyware but rather adware. Advertiser sponsored free software that anyone can view and play as long as they are willing to view the ads that go along with it.
How Do I Remove Zango?
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "Zango" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. There may also be a program called Media Gateway, remove it as well.

You'll be presented with the following screen during the uninstall process, you'll want to check either the Zango toolbar or Search Assistant, or both before clicking Next to complete the uninstall.

4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis
5) With HijackThis, scan for and fix any of the entries shown above that may be remaining.
6) Zango should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
7) If for any reason, Zango did not completely uninstall, click on the following link to download and run the uninstaller.

If you decide later you want to play the games or watch the videos on Zango's site, you'll have to reinstall their software.

As the biggest of the problems seem to be associated with Spyware, for starters, download, update and run a full scan using the following product:

SuperAntiSpyware is exceptional and will remove the majority of difficult Trojans and Worms, not just the easy ones.
If possible it is recommended that you load the application in normal mode but run it in Safe Mode. Safe Mode can be started by continually pressing F8 during the boot sequence. If you are badly infected you might need to run SuperAntiSpyware more than once to help clean your system. If the only infections now being shown are in System Restore, once you are completely satisfied that you can boot normally, you can either delete the infected restore points manually, or temporarily turn off System Restore.
Assuming you have some real awkward infections that persist even after trying all the above I suggest you download a Smitfraud removal program from:

Zango is actually adware..you'll be alright, but definitely want to get rid of it. Open up your Antivirus and run a system scan. The Antivirus program should detect it and delete it…
You can also get a firewall if you don't have one..that can keep you from downloading something harmful from the net..they have free ones, the best ones being Zonealarm, Comodo, and Sygate. The top pay ones are Zonealarm Pro, and Outpost. They also hide your computers information from the net.
You can also get an anti spyware program to scan your computer, which there also are free ones available. Some good free ones are Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware.
Top pay ones are Spyware Doctor and Webroot Spysweeper.
For these programs go to www.download.com to find them.
