I've had a similar thing happen to me.
First of all , did you install any dodgy program before this happened?
I don't know about you but I installed a program , anyway what happened after that wasn't good.

It gave me notice messages that I must pay for a service because I’ve a virus. When I scanned my computer(I had Avira anti-virus) , it could do nothing about it .
Anti-virus software can't protect against everything.

To solve the problem for me , I just formatted my Computer.

Answer:
Download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (FREE)
http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-too…

Run the Windows in Safe Mode (F8) and Perform a Full Scan with MalwareBytes Anti-malware.

Note: the malware may prevent mbam-setup.exe from downloading and running. You can download and rename this program from a different personal before running it on infected system.

Answer:
Sounds like you have spyware at the very least. There are free programs you can download to check for spyware, like Spybot Search and Destroy. Google it. Also, you can try free on the internet virus scans like http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/index.php or http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/

Good luck.
