Alright I was on my computer around 3 AM this morning, now its 12:15 and i turned my computer back on…all of a sudden i started getting these messages that AVG, Adaware, Big Fix, and Itunes aren't properly working.
And my clock got switched to Monday, January 1, 1601
Help!! I can't scan anything because nothing will open

Go to start, accessories, system tools, and open system restore and see if there is a date that you can restore your PC, prior to this incident. If there is a date restore and you should be fine.
Or when you reboot, at the same time keep clicking on "F8", key and when the reboot start, the monitor will show a page where you can go to your last good configuration, or "safe mode", and see if you can run a scan. Myself I would try the system restore first and see if this works for you. If not then I would try last good configuration.

Well, use an online scanner, if that doesn't work then use System Restore.
