I have tried to delete this thing, but everytime I do, it keeps coming back. Even when my computer is not connected to the internet.

dam bots, just say anything for stupid points and advertising(emilee). anyways this is probably a popup, and its probably attached to a file. so id recommend a a full harddrive search. probably a file you downloaded. if its a popup internet explorer, its adware not virus, its trying to get you to buy rouge antyvirus software for your money

It is called AVG type in AVG free download on to google and you should download this after you do Open it and click scan computer and it will show you all the viruses on your computer you can Heal them Move to a virus vault which is like a storage so they wont harm your computer. Your computer itself has absolutely NO way to inform you that you have a virus. Only your anti-virus program can tell you that.
If you are getting an alert that is NOT from your anti-virus program, then it is adware, trying to scam you into buying some useless software.
Don't purchase anything.
And scan your computer with both your anti-virus and anti-spyware apps ASAP.
