I would suggest you stop downloading all of these freeware "checkers" as they are a very common way to get yourself infected in the first place… as they can come from suspect sources and can also cause numerous issues with overlapping programs.
Stick with performing web based scans from reliable vendors such as Symantec.com or Trendmicro.com both of which will scan for spyware.
The best recommendation I can give you is to ditch all of the freeware and invest in a proper security suite that includes Antivirus, antispyware, firewall, etc… is from a reliable vendor (like mcafee, norton, etc).. and that is properly configured and kept completely up to date… then you will not have to wonder if your halfbaked freeware solution has caught everything… you will know you have the latest protection.
Good Luck!
