Hey everyone,

I have a small buisiness and I made gift certifercates on my Personal computer, for the buisness, but my Computer crashed so I purchased a mac, now I need to make some more gift cards for the buidness on the mac?? are there any FREE programs that can help me do this, if so what are there.. also are there anyprograms or free trials, all I really need is 24 hours to make the gift cards, and print it, than pic copy it, if so what are they and last but not least I downloaded microsoft office and iLife for the mac.. are there any programs on there that I can do this, i feel really dubm but please hlep I need this ASAP!

**Open office is a free suite of producs that you can use to create the same documents that you would using Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, databases, presentations, flowcharts, and text documents.

**Another option is to use Google documents, which is a free on the web service. With Google documents you can create, share and download word, PowerPoint and excel documents (as PDF files if you like). Not all the features of the actual Microsoft software are available, but it may well be sufficient for the purposes of your certificate.

Since you are making a certificate, you should create a PowerPoint presentation and insert shapes/text/images that you want to include on the certificate. To print your finished certificate, download it as a PDF.

I would advocate using the FireFox web browser when using google docs.

You’ll be able to view the PDF file that you download using the “Preview” application provided on your mac.
