Do you know a free online picture editor site like blibs?

there is also blingee.com its quite good but its really for adding effects like glitter, backgrounds , objects ect kind of teenage aimed but im 23 and i still like it..

Lunapic.com is great the water effect you can do on there is amazing..

Photobucket have a new editing section i havent tryed it but ive been told its okay.

You could download a free editing tool by google.. called picasia its free and blends , builds collages , and crops/tints images so thats also cool.
