Yes, generally if web sites offer an embedding code for their videos/content then they’re giving you permission to use it on your web site.

You should read the fine print on each site you’re taking the content from, though, especially if you are making money from your blog.

If they are offering you the link to embed into your own site, then under the doctrine of estoppel they can hardly complain if you use it. But check the small print anyway.
