How can I design (natural) thunders by computer?

What's the name of the program I can use to draw and create realistic thunders (good quality ones) and display them on the screen?

And what's tha audio editor I need to make the sound effects?

I believe that in this page you can find create like effects, nose if you find the effect of the thunder.. But it checks to seeing that you find.
