How do you make this into an animated gif?

its the screen saver of a dog licking the screen. does anyone know how to make this into a .gif or does anyone have one as a .gif already?

Or does anyone know any websites that have .gifs that have screen savers like that?

the size is pretty big but the image size is not so big and the quality is not as good as SWF. if you need a bigger size and better quality drop me an email!

it will also take time for the image to load as its abt 7mb

I took the liberty of decompile and recompile the file in to animated swf and .fla ( adobe flash )

You can convert the .fla file to gif using adobe flash cs3

But the file becomes big as 37MB
