It's a stock photos site where you pay about 25 or so dollars for a year and you can upload as many pics as you want and you can also download hi-res pics from just about any category. Most pics are pics that people take. Some are professional, and some are not. I've had it for almost 2 yrs and i love it.

Scooby is right on everything but the cost. It does cost that if you want the Pro version & your ISP is NOT at&t Yahoo!
My sis is Earthlink and pays for the Pro. It's free for me (at&t/SBC).
Flickr also has a free ver, but use of it is MUCH more restrictive. But hey, it's FREE!!
