How do you put a quiz on your facebook?

Go to the applications page

and search for "quizzes"

then click add…

and pick which ever "quiz" you want on your page

or go to a friends profile and the application you like you can click the "add application" and it will add it to your profile

If you can't find it in the applications because there are a few of them, you can also get it from someone elses profile. If one of your friends has it on their profile, click where it says take a quiz, then you have to add the application automatically to take the quiz so it will ask you to add the application.
