It states I need to upgrade to 3.0 or later do I’ve to buy a whole new ipod or is there a quickfix? Thanks ![]()
Answer:
No, you don't need a new iPod, you just need to buy the software update to version 3. If iTunes doesn't prompt you automatically when you plus your iPod in, then you should be able to find the software update in the iTunes store. I think it cost $5.
Answer:
Turn it off, turn it on, check to see if the problem is fixed, if not reset it, check if it works, if not you’ve 2 options: upgrade or throw it away and go purchase a Nokia
