I don't know much about internet/ISP's. I have DSL, I was wondering if I could purchase a wireless router and connect it to it to get wireless, or if I would have to pay extra monthly to my ISP for that. I'm using Verizon DSL, if that helps any.

Yes you can, you dont have to pay extra just buy the wireless router hooked it up to your dsl and off you go!! ^_^
