i made the video on windows movie maker.and tried to upload it onto youtube.but it said its in the wrong file form or something.

you can't make a video into a jpg file. Make sure you saved the video as wmv, mpg, mpeg or avi, those are the only video formats supported by youtube.

Youtube publishes its videos in the “FLV” format or Flash Video File. There are certain file formats that YouTube accepts and then it converts them in to FLV. Some are FLV itself, and AVI. There are others, but I do not remember, but you can see the acceptable file formats when you are about to upload a video file. If not, check the help file available there, they will tell you which files are accepted.
By the way, JPG is a web picture file. Not a video, and Youtube publishes videos. You can also covert Videos in to stills. But you have to use a special program that cuts the video in to several frames, and you choose which frame you’d like to have as a picture. But the resolution of that picture would not be as good as a true still picture. I think movie maker might be able to do something like that, but I honestly have not tried it using that program.

Even if you made your video into a .jpg (picture) it will even more likely not end up on YouTube as they take videos (.mpg, .avi. .mp4, .3gp, etc).
I suggest try using their multi uploader software on Internet Explorer (for some reason it has errors on Firefox).
