When downloaded, click on the circle that looks like a hammer there is a symbol that states “ram” if you click on it and minimise it to sit at the bottom of your screen you can check exactly what ram is being used by each piece of software as you’re using it, in case it is something you’re using which is particularly heavy on ram.
Answer:

Looking into task manager - Processes - look to see if there are any programmes that are taken up a lot of the processor time and duplicate programs running - stop them. To view performance of your computer - go into control panel - administrative tools and you can view processor performance, paging file use etc.
Usually when a comp starts slowing down - it is a RAM issue - How much RAM does your personal have.
What antivirus software are you using - some can really slow the computer down.
Do a disk clearup - choose to get rid of temporary internet files - these buildup for each website we visit and can accumlate and take up a lot of space.
Answer:
It could simply be that its old. if you only have 3.2gb of free space your harddrive is extremely small, you could definitely benefit from a newer hard drive. it would be easier to troubleshoot if you would post the specs, it could be a combination of outdated components that is resulting in slow performance.
Answer:
Get rid of some more stuff, maybe the programs you use demand more space. also try spy sweeper and windows defender. If all else fails take it to a good repair shop (best buys for example .. think before you go)
