If you have no warranty to work with…

If you’re careful (I have done this before) rub the area of the screen with the fleshy end of your finger (NOT THE NAIL).

Back and forth sideways and up and down.

Sometimes you can get it to turn back on as simple as that.

If it is still under warranty then returned back for full refund, if not then you to make the ideal of it.

try calling the dell customer service. tell them your problem and they should help.
