MY scanner disk wasn’t included, I run windows me, and cant find a free driver anywhere, any help here

HP has stopped supporting this scanner on their site but I found it on this site. Just scroll down past the update and you should find the driver.

Here, you can download the driver for your scanner from the following page. (You'll need to click on the link for your actual scanner as there are 3 listed that start Scanjet 4300. They do each have Windows ME drivers though.)
