My cd drive wont close?

i don't know if this will work but right under your cd drive there is a little hole that you can stick a pin in to open it if it's stuck. mayby it will work to close it.

Try shutting down the computer. The door will want to close during the shutdown sequence. Restart the computer, again, if the door is open then it will try to close it.

Make sure there is not a disk in the way.
