key is for undo, not for opening window.

Just from “start”, click “document” and click open the window name.

The easiest way to open the closed window instead of strolling through folders.

Not opening it as such perhaps - what program? There are tricks with some of them. If it's a website, don't try going there again without setting your web browser to work offline, which has different results depending on the browser.

cmd is when you click on Begin –> Run and then type in cmd and click OK. Gives you a command prompt window - cOmMANd
