I’ve been sending emails and accessing some information on the internet due to a domestic violence situation. Where do I need to go on my computer to delete any traces of it? I know how to go to tools and delete the cookies, etc… But is there somewhere else I have the ability to go and check the sites or emails and make sure they are not there?? Please help!!!

Easiest solution:
Download and install Ccleaner.
http://ccleaner.com
Open it and make sure ALL boxes are ticked on the Applications and Windows tabs.
Click on Run cleaner.
Make up story to explain why the current documents list and history etc are missing, something like: “the browser had a problem and that's what someone recommended.”
And that's true - the browser does have a problem - it might give away what's been going on.
EDIT:
By the way, ccleaner is free and effective and safe and highly regarded.
