that's the message that appears before i log in, i click ok.

IS there connection between the message and my problem?
Answer:
There’s a connection. The local profile keeps all the personal information and history of what a logged in user did during a session.
If you can't get into your profile, none of what you did in a previous session will be remembered. You need to correct this problem.

OH MY GOSH!!! U have a virus that is deleting everything in your personal in a mad attempt to use spyware!!
The only thing that relates to that message and your problem is to contact your network administrator ( GeekSquad , etc.)
