How do I convince my mom?

How do I convince my mom to buy me a laptop?? I have the money for it… plus or minus 200.. but I'll have 200 in like.. 6 months.. but my current laptop is TOO.. GLITCHY!! Anyone? How can I convince her?? She has been thinking about it, but everytime I bring it up it's an "I don't want to hear it" then she gets mad at me!
