DVD burning help?

My problem is i have a few flv format (flash video) that I want to burn onto dvd. I have a converter but it makes the files too big. Is there any converter that will change the flv files to different formats that are burnable or what suggestions do you have?

Nero 8 ultra edition i feel is the best software for doing all that stuff. but it costs $80 dollars don't know if you want to go that route there is always www.download.com you can search for file converters and sort the list buy free licenses and find a program that works for you.
